This line of research constitutes a space for the management and implementation of state-of-the-art technology for the analysis of the social panorama to generate knowledge that contributes to the solution of public problems. Currently, it would be a disadvantage to miss out on the potential of using emerging technologies (big data, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, blockchain, etc.) as part of the analytical skills of the social landscape or as design tools for public politics.
